Product is good but replacing spare parts after 5 times of use is very disappointing

I ordered electric pump duct valve 03 quantity on September 19,2024. They send me wrong products which is the main motor, I informed and they took it back. Now it’s October 13,2024. I have not received back my package till date

Regret buying the breast pump

I bought an electric pump on 16 July and since then I have been regretting.
1. Battery back up is low
2. Every 3 weeks the silicones are required to be replaced because the suction is poor. (I use Philips steriliser)
3. Makes noise
4. The nipple of the bottle is too wide and my baby spills the milk.
