The Durability Debate: Is the Luvlap Glory Breast Pump Built to Last?

Durability isn't just about the motor; it's about the "seals." The problem is that silicone is a "consumable." If you find the pump is "losing power" after 2 months, the durability of the motor is usually fine, but the silicone diaphragm has lost its tension. To solve the durability debate, buy a "refresher kit" of silicone parts every 3 months. This is standard for all breast pumps. By treating the silicone parts as replaceable filters, you extend the life of the motor (the expensive part) and solve the problem of the pump "dying" prematurely. A well-maintained Glory can easily last for a full year of daily use.
