This sipper came with a normal straw instead of the weighted straw. It is mentioned in its packaged box too that it is a weighted sipper bottle. It is also leaking water. Please replace or refund the amount paid. I ordered from direct luvlap site to ensure the authenticity of the product but the original site is sending wrong product

Bottle have normal straw, weighted straw is missing.
It's mentioned in description bottle is leak proof but it is not.
Water is leaking very badly. Customer service ia aslo very bad , complaint many times either same or No response from the team
Money is wasted.
