Very bad experience I received broken product but not response by luvlap .

It’s not a spiral groove and doesn’t have sturdy base

The product I received is not a sturdy base grooved nipple. It’s a simple nipple in which milk flow is very slow and keep on collapsing. But the specification says it’s a Sturdy Base & grooved nipple. I am a Disappointed customer. Trying to get the product through customer care as per specification but there is no response.
