I received a wrong product, and even after raising a complaint, it has not been resolved yet.

Extremely disappointed with Luplap. I received the wrong product, and despite raising a complaint, there has been no resolution even after several days. The customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful. I still haven’t received my refund amount either. This has been one of the worst shopping experiences I've had. Would not recommend!
